Treba ma\u0165 e\u0161te na pam\u00e4ti, \u017ee stavebn\u00e9 povolenie nadob\u00fada skuto\u010dn\u00fa pr\u00e1voplatnos\u0165 a\u017e po uplynut\u00ed 15 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a, kedy bolo vydan\u00e9 rozhodnutie stavebn\u00e9ho \u00faradu. V tomto obdob\u00ed maj\u00fa ostat\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci konania pr\u00e1vo vznies\u0165 e\u0161te odvolanie proti vydaniu stavebn\u00e9ho povolenia. Ak sa usilujete uspori\u0165 na stavebnom dozore, \u0161etr\u00edte na nespr\u00e1vnych miestach. Ak si zvol\u00edte najlacnej\u0161iu alternat\u00edvu v podobe dozoru, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1m za p\u00e1r eur d\u00e1 pe\u010diatku, ale prakticky sa na stavbe neuk\u00e1\u017ee, s\u00fa to vyhoden\u00e9 peniaze. \u00dalohou stavebn\u00e9ho dozoru je sledova\u0165, \u010di bola stavba naozaj zhotoven\u00e1 pod\u013ea projektovej dokument\u00e1cie a \u010di s\u00fa dodr\u017ean\u00e9 v\u0161etky technologick\u00e9 postupy. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdber, hr\u00fabky aj teplotechnick\u00e9 vlastnosti materi\u00e1lov sa musia prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 tomu, aby dom vo fin\u00e1le dosiahol po\u017eadovan\u00e9 hodnoty energetickej n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci certifik\u00e1cie sa objekt posudzuje najm\u00e4 pod\u013ea hodnoty glob\u00e1lneho ukazovate\u013ea prim\u00e1rnej energie.
